Your accounts department is horrible

They debited my account after I had settled it. I have gone to their Menlyn Branch to claim my refund which l was then promised will be paid within 7 working days and still did not receive the money and everytime I have called and asked to speak to their manger I have been told she is busy and will call me back. I am yet to get my refund.

Going through their reviews this seems to be a trend.
