Worst service I've ever received in my life!

I am extremely disappointed in Mellins i.Style! This is the most *********** company I've ever dealt with! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I placed my order for prescription sunglasses on 11 June 2024. I was told that it will take two weeks before I can get it. I was told I will receive an sms to inform me that my glasses are ready.

After two weeks.... nothing.

I called there. I was told that they struggled to order my glasses and that it was only ordered on 20 June and that it will now take 2 weeks from 20 June. Two weeks after 20 June went by, still..... nothing!

I was told that the glasses didn't pass the quality test and that the glasses will be for sure ready on 10 July 2024.

I tried to log a complaint, it was not done, they said I must wait till 10 July 2024. 10 July came and went..... nothing!! No sms, no call, no email.....

This morning 11 July i've send a mail, the branch called me. They received the glasses, but now it is scratched! Now I have to wait another 2 weeks!!!

This is absolutely unacceptable!!

These glasses was so expensive, the service sucks and they cant get it right!!!

I am prepared to go through the relevant channels to report this issue to the Ombudsman/ Consumer Tribunal, or whoever I can find to get help.

I want my glasses, and Mellin must just please wake up. I am never doing business with them again!
