Worst service ever

I went to the mellins istyle in Menlyn mall to get an eye test for contact lenses and i did not hear anything from them until i called back after over 10 days. When i call im being told my trial pack will only arrive in 3 weeks. This is extremely unacceptable because they did not even call to notify me of this and also having to wait a month for a trial pack is ridiculous. I have had contact lenses before this normally does not even take more than 3 days. I want a refund for my eye test so that i can go to a different optometrist because i am not willing to wait for 3 weeks.
