WORST EMPLOYER

For the first time in my life i felt how my ancestors felt as slaves, Mellins as an employer is still decades behind with how you treat the one element in your business PEOPLE yes your employees and not all of them get the same treatment you choose and name it discretion on contract. Resigning after been forced to do so while sick and no transparency, no payslip given to me and I took it upon my self to reach out to HR who did not respond to my messages, I had to then call her to be told *i am busy with your payslip*. Later same day same HR send me a voicenote to tell me my net is 0.00 and i wont get my commission because of management discretion. I reverted back to her requesting my last payslip that showed how they deducted to the last cent TO DATE NO RESPONSE FROM HER . An HR and Managers with no emotional intelligence, unprofessional and always threating staff with HR. Leave days not taken and not paid for but deducted without any proof. Staff retention will always be on your agenda from top to bottom.
