Very unprofessional

I took my mom for her eye test in January. In February I went there to ask why they haven't called us to fetch her spectacles. I was told that bifocals are not made in Durban. I was not told where they were made. A few weeks down the line I called again. I was told that they had submitted the wrong codes to the medical insurance so they had to resubmit. By March I called again, I was told that they did not order the lenses the lenses as they were waiting for payment. These people had my banking details, they should have ordered the lenses. April the insurance paid but they did not order as they lost her measurements. She went back today and the frame that she chose is not there anymore. It was discontinued or taken back to the supplier they say. Why was this frame not removed and kept aside?

I would not recommend this company.
