<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>In a country known for its terrible customer service I would just like to point out that you have a real gem working at your Canal Walk Branch in Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband's glasses broke the sa****ay and his eyesight is extremely bad so he cannot see a thing without them. We went to CW to shop around at all the available spectable stores and decided to go with Mellins for one main reason. A damet'jie named Jolene. </p> <p> </p> <p>When we walked into the store she was busy assisting another customer. She acknowledged us and let us know she will assist in a minute. She took the time to go through a few options with us in order to get his glasses fixed. She was very helpful and patient and very friendly as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>We decided to buy a frame and have his lenses made from scratch. We were offered a very affordable price. Also, the lenses had to be shipped from Germany and somehow she still managed to get the glasses to us within a week. She followed up with us and kept us in the loop while we waited.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we collected the glasses once again she was very welcoming and friendly and ensured us that we can always come back if we need further assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please let her know that she is awesome!!
