Unhappy

I had terrible service at mellins I style Somerset West mall Cape Town . As the receptionist didn’t inform me about my medical aid that doesn’t cover with them and I send her my medical details , 1hour before my consultation. As my arrival they completed the consultation as for my understanding my medical is covering . After the consultation was done I walk out and only to find out my medical aid is not covering. Where I feel if that was the case she could have come in and ask the oph and explain to me what’s happening and I could decided if I want to continue or and stop filling in forms and so fort . So I feel that it’s unacceptable to pay for a bill which someone didn’t do her job at first and didn’t get het facts right .
