THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!

<p>I have never, in life all, experienced shoddy workmanship on spec's! My glasses had to be repaired 4 times over an 8 month period. I have found the staff at the gateway branch in Durban to be both *********** and unhelpful. The lab technician damaged my lenses upon inserting them. This was followed by another repair situation. He miscalculated the width of the lenses and they were beveled on the edges. It was repaired yet again, only to discover that the same problem persists. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would stringly advise clients to not use MELLIN i-style as the service is pathetic! I am in a position of damaged specs which needs to be repaired yet again. I raised these issues with the Head office. They seemed to care very little.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its quite clear that they do not value customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please think twice before you purchase from the MELLINS i-style branch in Gateway. Purchasing specs is an expensive enterprise... Consider other opticians! </p>
