The worst bunch to work for any company.

The level of incompetency from the bunch that works at the front desk of this establishment at Mall of Africa is beyond comprehension. Robots can do a far better job, when are we gonna replace these things with machines!!! The last time I was there it will be the last time. The are now many online services, where you just submit a script and you receive your glasses at less than half the costs...if you dont pick up your socks, you will be out of work in two years...damn you are pathetic!!!
