Terrible service..do not recommend

I was forced to use this optometrist through Discovery medical aid and they are useless .Its been almost a month and I I have not received my glasses with no feedback at all.I kept calling them and was promised that they will call me but never did.Still waiting .Its terrible that we have no option to use such a establishment with poor service.
