TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM BRANCH TO HEADOFFICE

Worst optometrist company from ever branch and head office. Endless problems from day 1. Our account was in a credit (for+/- 2months) ,was not notified that a refund was due to us,but yet the debit order keeps on coming off ,even after I received an email stating the debit order was stopped. one passed the buck to another branch to head office ,head office to branch. can one complain about the complaints department...never ending would no refer them to anyone.
