Terrible service at a very high price

On the 21st May I had an eye test done in Kleinmond. I told the optometrist specifically that I could not see on my TV. I even, as I left, again ask, if I will now be able to see on my TV and he said yes. A few weeks later I was called to collect my glasses and was so disappointed because I could not even see on my computer screen let alone any further. In fact I had to move the writing to almost in my face to read. So it was taken back and it was decided that I should have multi focal lenses. I waited another month and a bit to eventually get the glasses and low and behold the tinting was not done...even this I asked and confirmed to make sure it is done and was assured that it is on the invoice/quote and will be done. Now my glasses has to go back once again for the tinting to be done.....I wonder how long I will have to wait this time...I am really very disappointed in the service I have received. I am a Sassa pensioner And I have to pay full price, which is rather exuberant to say the least, for this terrible service.
