Still waiting for contact lenses
I've been waiting for my contact lenses for more than 2 weeks now. This company has such poor client services, you always have to follow up with them. You would think that you are not paying them and they are doing you a favor. Best believe I will not be using their services again.

24 Jan 2022, 18:10No one contacted me. I had to drive all the way to Clearwater to be told they are still waiting for one box of the contact lenses. Dominique Fisher and Amber Hearne could not give me an answer as to why they couldn't update me as a customer. I did however take my script and will get contact lenses from another optometrist . Customers should not have to deal with such poor service.
