Shocking service

Please avoid this optometrist at all costs, the service is terrible, I refer to a certain Chantel Kotze. I initially spoke to Chantel last week about a pair of sunglasses that I want to return. The glasses were not used at all. Chantel did not get back to me, but claims to have smsed me, which I did not receive. I have never received any sms from the store, so I doubt any sms was sent. I only got a weak response to my email, a good few days after. Chantel kept saying the managers were difficult to get hold off. Its obvious Chantel is buying time because she is waiting for the debit order to go off. I can say this as when I went to the store and spoke to other people they were able to get a manager on the phone immediately, and the manager Bernidine did agree to take the glasses back. The next day when I went to the store Chantel stated WITHOUT looking at them, the glasses are scratched and it was slim that she would help me. She then went upstairs to a super well lit room and insisted that they were hair line scratches. Now being wiser to that store, I noticed without super light a REAL scratch on another pair of glasses, which another optometrist Maxine said if I could see that now, why I could not see it on the glasses that I bought, the answer, I made the mistake of trusting the store.
