Rude service

I had horrible service at the Mellins at Bloemfontein Loch Logan after paying R30000 for my glasses. But I left it alone. Now yesterday I got a call from Mellins (from the number *** at 11:23am on 17/10/2023) and the sales lady explained that I was due for an eye test and asked when I would like to set an appointment, Then as I was explaining the challenges I experienced, she just hung up. So very rude and annoying.
