Refund request

I have reached out multiple times asking this company why did they debit me after my contract with them ended. They initially missed the first debit and I had to follow up with them and asked that they debit me. The agreement was initially stated as 6 months but because they did not debit me in July, it ended up dragging to a 7-month contract because of their mistake

8 months later they still debited me and again I reached out to them by telephone (on a recorded line) and the agent promised to call me back before COB(2 WEEKS AGO). I followed up with them again this week asking for my refund and they asked for my bank statement which I supp**** via email, not acknowledgment that they received my details and my refund is processed.

This is the kind of service that prevents us to refer potential clients to such companies. This is really sad and poor service
