Refund not paid back

I went to Mellins I. Style at southgate branch on the 19th April 2022 to pay my account and on the 27th April 2022 the account was debited and settled. I did a walk-in in the store on the 13th on Friday to check if my account has been closed because I didn't want any unnecessary debit orders going off my account when I'm very Much aware that I have settled my account. Edna confirmed that yes its up to date and it's closed. Guess what on 27th of May Mellins I. Style decides to debit R1530.16 Really??? Went on the same day one of the consultants called the accounts department being Batters and associates and a lady by the name of Thandeka Ntshongweni went through my account and she said I'm not owing, the she said I'm owing... Now this got interesting I had my proof of payments me and showed them... Call got hung up, Consultant called again and Nokuthula Mlingane who then told me that the account shows its paid up and I requested to speak to her manager Tershia who was on lunch however returned my call and promised that my money will be paid to my account on Monday and I'll also receive a call Monday.... Today it's Thursday no call no refund. I'm really not happy with they way accounts department is handling customers accounts.
