Probably the worst optometrist in the country

In December 2014, I went to Mellins I Style in Clearwater for an eye test and a new pair of glasses. I thought trying another branch would be better, but I was not surprised when the service was just as terrible as the Fourways Branch. Mellin's I style quote me R 7,204.60 for a pair of glasses, which Discovery paid in full, as soon as the claim was submitted. At the time I did not get my glasses as yet because I was told that it takes 6 weeks to get the Lenses made in GERMANY. I accepted this, because it was December and I had a pair that I could use in the meantime.Eventually, got a call to say that my glasses is ready for collection. When I get the the store to collect my glasses, I was not surprised to find out that the lenses where not what I ordered, similar to what happened to me at the Fourways branch about two years ago.I called Jandri to ask her is we could cancel the whole order, and I would get a pair made at another optometrist. However, like any business deal, it is impossible to get a refund from a supplier once they are paid. She insisted that I give her a chance to rectify the problem, which I did. After all of this I am still unhappy with this, in July 2015!
