Poorest service ever received

I had an eyetest done in Feb 2023....was told to wait 4 weeks my glasses.... Collected them from the Southgate branch in March just after the holiday wore them and it hurt my eyes to an extent where I took them back even complained about the defective frame they gave me, retest performed on my eyes a week after that and in May got a call to collect them.... To my suprise, the same defective frame was waiting for me..... Left them right there and mind you R14000 + was already paid to them by my medical aid, to receive calls from their head office on the outstanding balance. I asked the lady to explain to me how it's even possible her harassing me for a R1000+ of glasses I dont even have in my possession.... Said to me she will follow up with the branch..... Early June the branch manager called to inform me that the frame was sent back to Italy for whatever reason and should be back by 2nd week in August ... First week in August she called to tell me that the got the frame back but somehow 1 of the lenses were damaged and there jad to be returned to lab..... Today 19th August 2023 still no news from them.....
