Poor Service

I completely understand that mistakes are made and that suppliers can let you down but what I can’t accept is a total lack of communication from Mellins Fourways. I was told that my glasses would be ready for collection on Friday 16th April but when I arrived to collect the glasses they were completely wrong, the lenses didn’t fit the frames and were the wrong colour anyway. They took 3 weeks to arrive and they were wrong. Mellins always promise to call you back with updates and timing but they never do. The store manager promised to call me yesterday, no call, again was promised a call today, nothing. This happened last week too... Mellins are not cheap and there are many other good optometrists around so I won’t be using them for my next pair.
