Poor service

I went for an eye test at their Cradlestone branch on the 31st of July 2020. On the 1st when I went to pick up my sunglasses,I requested that they order contact lenses for me and Nadia said she would call me on the Monday which would have been the 3rd of August to confirm if it was done. She also advised me that they had put through a claim to my medical aid. I however did not receive a call on the Monday and called them on the 5th to follow up. Nadia advised me that they had not ordered them as yet but would get back to me the next day which would be the 4th. I did not receive a call from her on the 4th. I called them again on Friday the 8th and spoke to a guy who advised me that he would speak to the optometrist and he would call me back on Saturday the 9th. I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM. I am utterly disappointed with their service. I have been getting the same story that they need to confirm my script with the optometrist that did my eye test. I don't understand why it's so hard for them to give me feedback as to let me know what's going yet they have claimed from my medical aid.
