Poor service

Went to go and make myself new spectacles Staff unfriendly I never wore Bi focals in my entire life they prescribed that to me Always weared multi focals tinted New specs giving me headaches and I cannot read or work on my laptop When I walk I must be so careful when I climb stairs not to fall c ause of these lenses that are Bi focal I expected the optromitist to have advise me on better alternatives and taking my previous lenses into account.
