POOR POOR POOR SERVICE AND *****!

<p>I went for an eye test 31 December 2015 at the Garden Route Mall. They told me I do not have to pay anything in - the tests and frames are covered. The optometrist had to leave (before closing time) and before finalising my test to attend a new years party. They informed me that I can finalise my last test / photo at the Fourways branch before they will continue to make the glasses. I never went for the test in Fourways. March to my surprise I get a invoice that I owe them over R1 000 for my glasses. June I get attorneys phoning me informing me they are proceeding with a judgement against my name. </p> <p> </p> <p>1) I do not have my glasses, in fact it was never made as I never went for the final test. </p> <p>2) They claimed and received a payment of well over R3 000 from Discovery for glasses that was never made and also listed me for over R1 000 for glasses that I never received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been struggling for over a month with Adri and the Optometrist at the Garden Route mall without any success! Today I phoned again where they told me they will now proceed to make my glasses (without the final test / photo) and that I still need to pay them! </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please help me - I am really not winning and I will not take glasses that is not 100% correct and I cannot have any judgements against my name for something I never received! </p>
