Poor customer service

The most horrible service ever no', I'm shocked that we still get services like that. Always promise to contact you but they never do. One need to constantly call them even their head office complaints department do not care. Their service is exhausting', I will not advice anyone to use their services from the experience I have I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I'm currently going through. Still no feedback till date.
