Seems a common theme. I settled account in full when I picked up glasses. I dont owe a cent, but get harrassed with phone calls for money I dont owe. Shouldnt be in business if you cant keep accounts

28 Oct 2019, 15:13it's the Mall of Africa branch. I contacted them, they confirmed a zero balance. Then a week or so later the phone calls started again. when I queried where the balance came from, no response.
