Paying legal fees for business error
2019 I took glasses for me and my daughter, I signed a debit order for the medical aid shortfall but they only activated 1 debit order and when I went for my new pair last month they advised that I cannot get my glasses because I have an outstanding balance from 2019 ,all my details have never changed and I have never been informed of this prior to me visiting the branch for my new pair and now they are charging me legal fees for an error they did,I am not willing to pay them any extra money than what I owe them
