Pathetic service !

I would not recommend Mellins I Style at all especially the Cresta branch. We’ve received such bad service from the branch waited an entire month for glasses my partner was given the incorrect lenses, was called in again to find out that measurements were incorrectly taken. When the glasses finally arrived it was the incorrect reading. The opto Timothy left in the midst of this transaction and he issued the incorrect readings. It gets worse they over charged my medical aid and to date we have not received a refund. This been a whole month of continuous back and forth.
