Pathetic service

KBY North Cape mall branch has never giving such pathetic. Next Tuesday will be 3 weeks and no glasses or contact lenses and a million fights cause the *********** staff can't listen to your requests. Every time I phone or complain they have some other excuse and they never follow. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
