Over charging clients

Very poor service. I was debited the incorrect amount and over charged by Mellins and i was given a refund. Now my acc is in arrears because apparently i owe them one installment. I will advise people not to use Mellins cause of their poor system failure that is not according clients. I will like them to rectify their mistake and my acc should be taken out of arrears. This is ridiculous
