An Enigma worth sharing: Who comes first , egg or the chicken?
Having admitted to serving a Fund member with an erroneous quotation and having it rejected by the Fund , caused this dispute. Both Server and Member are in possession of Fund's remittance stating what it's obligation and member's excess dues are. Based on the fact that the Fund states Zero excess payment by the Member and Spouse, an appended quotation was requested prior to Collection , with additional excess included. The service provider rejects this ethical request out of hand by replying they will do so only after acknowledging the Funds remittance in their account! In the mean time the goods have not been delivered.
