One of the worst Optometrists in the country

Continuation of my previous complaint.After collect my R 7000 glasses, the nose pad fell off after a week or two, which I took back, and asked to exchange it for another pair, which they agreed to do so.A few days later, one lens broke (my fault) which I took back to get repaired I was told if I take the cheaper lens, I will not be charged for it. Jandri said we can try and claim out of savings for the i-scription lens. Discovery paid me R 2000, and I asked Jandri to order the lens. Again I waited because the lab could not get the lens right.So I cancelled the order and stuck with the cheaper lenses.Now I am getting billed for the R 2000, which should be refunded back to Discovery.I am told they spent a lot of money and they gave me contact lenses to use and replaced BOTH lenses, which I did not ask for.In the end, it's just a fancy store, with *********** people that have jobs by robbing people! To date my glasses does not even fit properly, after taking it for an adjustment at least SEVEN times, but I owe Mellins a further R 2000 after spending over R 8000 on something I am not happy with.
