Not impressed
I keep on sending email after email with proof of a deduction that was made from my bank account but it does not appear on a statement, a statement i also had to request several times first before getting it. Can you please just inform me or giving clarity about a debit order amount that was made from my bank account but does not appear on my statement please that is all i am asking for. Just for you to actually respond to emails i have been sending.
