No communication, no quote, no idea

Incredibly frustrated the fact that they can simply not communicate. Wait for quotes for days, so bad that I was denied a promotion the fact that they waited until after the promotion for me to have to go in and get the quote myself, now I'm told the promo us over and it is what it is, sorry. Doesn't sit right with me at all
