I have always supported your stores. Especially the Menlyn Branch.

I have spent a lot of money in your store in the last year an so does my wife.

I am tending to veer off from supporting you in future.

Reason being:

On Sunday 20 December i visited your menlyn branch for an eye test. Excellent service from the lady.

I then picked sunglasses . I have since phoned twice and nobody could assist in telling me what the status is.

This evening i phoned again. " Sir we will certainly get back to you before close of business today still". No call back! Again!

On monday 4 February I visited your store to buy new oakley golf sunglasses. Once again supporting your store. I then consulted if they can fit my prescription lenses on the oakley prism lenses. They took my number on a piece of paper (even though it is on your system) but till today no one informed me.

I feel your once good service has become quite poor and I will think more than twice before supporting you in future.
