They refund me in November 2024 after my glasses frame broke and wrong frame received from day 1 in 2023 my partner still struggling with them to get refund as his glasses and myne broke same way but 5hey dont respond to our emails nothing they have his glasses in in November with myne send it back unrepaired as well stole our 2 x hard cases refuse to returned it to me i dont drive due to disablity they know now whant me to pick up cases but they took it with pick up by my house and refuse to returned it to me with delivery stay away from this company
