Mellins Woodlands abuse

Hi

I am highly grieved by Mellins Woodlands branch.

We have been with Mellins for a while now, i ordered the same contact lenses for my daughter and they supp**** the + prescription instead of the - we have been ordering from them for a while now. I went to the Woodlands branch again today to ask if they can rectify the mistake and give the correct contact lenses.

The 3 ladies there today, Petunia bieng one of them, then said they need check who's mistake it was first, mine or theirs. They have my daughters file on hand, we have been ordering the same lenses for a long time now and I always send a photo of the box when I reorder, yet they accuse me that it could be my fault.

This is ridiculous! I left the incorrect contact lenses with them. I have a COD account with Mellins and already paid for the box.

This was the last time I use Mellins, and will not recommend them to anyone.

Mellins HQ also harassed me and threatened to hand me over to attorneys for an acclaimed non payment. I have a COD account, so Woodland invoiced things on my COD account without me receiving or having ordered it. It's ******* by the way. This they have fixed after way to many phone calls and a visit again to the Woodlands branch.

This is abuse now.
