Mellins SHARKS OR BAD MANAGEMENT?

I have twice now been threatened with being blacklisted with Mellins. The first time I ordered contact lenses that were on backorder, which I never received, however, I got a call from collectors demanding payment for this. The second time I ordered contact lenses from them, I picked them up and paid via card payment; 6 months later they stated I paid a short amount and was handed over to the attorneys. 1) they do not let you leave with merchandise from their premises if you have not paid in full.... 2.) their admin setup seems up to Beep... 3) it seems that they add on fees after the fact and wait until you would not keep copies of your invoices etc and then demand additional monies to be paid. 4) they do not follow up with you in time or send you account statements until they hand you over to attorneys who call you 5 times a day and harrass you to no end. Very Unprofessional. They I.style themselves as professional upmarket optometrists but they are seriously unprofessional and in my opinion sharks that really go out to 1. Sell you things you don't need 2) Give you merchandise that is substandard (My R 9 000 glasses is falling apart after a few months) 3) Charge you for additional charges afterwards that you cannont verify (who keeps contact lens receipts?) Will never use Mellins again, rather go to Specsavers or your local optometrist.
