Mellins Online orders are not claimable from Medical Aid.

Mellins has an online store. Unfortunately, unbeknown, before I ordered that I would be unable to claim from Medical aid. After ordering and receiving the goods I tried to claim from Medical Aid. Then numerous emails and phone calls later to Mellins, after my claim was rejected, I was advised that anything I ordered from their online store would not be claimable from Medical Aids.
