I had an eye test done in this year, and had new spectacles made. Since I received the my spectacles the right side arm of the spectacles is always loose. I will strew it and it is okay for a day or two, then the the arm is loose again. I have sent and email and there was no response.

When you owe them money the are quick for you to sign a debt order and they never worry to send you a balance and you pay and pay.

Not again will I have my eyes tested and spectacles made by them.
