Pathetic. Horrible Service, Admin Klerk has attitude. Told me I think I know everything all for requesting a copy of my eye test in which they were refusing to give as I went to another optometrist who had offered me far better service than Mellins . Did exchange a few words in which afterwards he wanted to fight with me and literally started pushing me. When choosing a frame they gave me one frame and then sat down and locked the cabinet. How do they expect me to choose another frame. They are of no assistance. There's a old lady there that is just as useless and also gives you attitude. Do not go to the Mellins in Cresta! I had a lady by name of Nicole van rooyen yesterday on 5th of march who did my test. She was a wonderful lady very helpful. But the stuff on the 6th of march 2018 were of no assistance to help me choose a frame and changed my total perception of the place.
