Mellins I Style zero service.

I was at Mellins Whale Coast Mall a month ago and ordered Soft lenses.I have been wearing soft lenses 40 yrs +.I have my eyes tested in Pretoria yearly,Pretoria East Eye Hospital. Week after ordering still no joy again I explained I have used 5 different brands,any fine plse order me the lenses?Again a week later still nothing and the staff at counters again sat clueless,remarking the Optometric always shopping she's not there.Again not there. So yesterday I went back AGAIN and AGAIN the two woman had no clue,or could not remember and Optometric again OUT,apparently never there,??.On all 9ccasiond I asked for trial lenses as emergency All times same was said that they told Optometrist but she's never there .Why keep this business going?? At all,??
