MELLINS I-STYLE KLERKSDORP IS TRASH

VERY LIVID AT THE DISGUSTING TREATMENT AND SERVICE . I went to go get glasses a year ago. It took the silly and *********** optometrist THREE months to get me my glasses because she could not figure out my script. I did not complain and gave her the benefit of the doubt.

They have now crossed the line. After I asked for them to debit my account, they did not. I went to their store at least once a week for three months and they did not mention anything about not being able to debit my account. A year later they have handed me over with very little effort to contact me.

I will be reporting the branch and the complaint to the HPCSA for not only the poor service but their refusal to revoke my account from being handed over. This is ******* and I will not take such treatment.
