I will never use Mellins i Style again. Handed me over.

12 Aug 2025, 09:48My husband and I had our specs made through Mellins in Rustenburg. We signed off the quotations with a Discovery member discount added. Discovery paid a portion of R8015 on my specs and the same amount on my husbands specs. Leaving us with a total member portion of R8860 which we paid in full before collecting our specs. Now I get handed over for an amount of R2215 still outstanding, according to them the lady that done our quotation made a mistake on the discount portion and we now have to pay it. BUT HANDED OVER this is ridiculous we did not make the mistake. Train you employees better or get more competent employees do do the work. I refuse to pay for someone's mistake. This after paying nearly R25 000 on 2 pairs of specs. Mellins will never see me again.
