Mellins eye test contact lens ****

My wife went for an eye test to get contact lenses. After 2 weeks they phoned me and told me that she must come in again because they can't find the papers of the eye test. We went back again. Then they ordered a trial pair contact lenses. After a few they phoned me and said I can pickup the lenses. When I got there at Mellins Richards bay they told me she must first do an evaluation to show her how to put the lenses in which will cost an additional R472.00. Be carefull when you go for an eye test. I have been wearing contact lenses for over 20 years and when I said I will show her,they refused!!!
