Disappointing Experience at Mellins Optometry - Unacceptable Wait Times

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at Mellins Optometry. It has been over three weeks since my eye exam, and I am still waiting for my prescription glasses. Despite numerous promises and follow-ups, my order has not been fulfilled.

The lack of communication and transparency throughout this process has been frustrating. I have been given multiple estimated delivery dates, none of which have been met. It's unacceptable to be left in the dark about the status of my order.

I expect a higher level of service from a healthcare provider, especially when it comes to something as important as my vision. Mellins Optometry has failed to meet my expectations, and I would not recommend them to others.

Unless they significantly improve their customer service and efficiency, I would advise others to explore alternative options for their eye care needs.

Update: I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes prompt action to resolve my issue and improve their overall service.
