Mellins Bayside Mall worst service ever..

I had the worst service at Mellins Bayside and was in fact **** to numerous times about the progress off my issue. I have no idea how this branch operate and to be honest I do not believe they care. My medical aid was blamed just to find out after I investigated this over weeks that they in fact did not make contact with the medical aid. I offered to assist and this was when the lies came out as they did not have any proof or paper trail of talking to my medical aid. I can carry on. It’s shocking! I will not set foot near them, it’s actually a massive no for me my family and I will not recommend them to friends.
