Whether it's ordered a pair of specs or submitting to medical aid, these people have no clue of what their due. They call me over a year later to say I'm in arrears when it was supposed to be submitted to medical aid. Your glasses will sit there for two months without a courtesy call to say it's ready for pick up. The receptionists have no idea how to talk so I don't understand how they have the responsibility of the phones. Gateway branch is the worst optometrist I have ever been to!!
