IGNORANCE AND POOR SERVICE

I had the worst service ever at mellins Menlyn.. I went in on Saturday to do glasses and eye test of cause.. OK sharp in Monday I called the store first thing in the morning to cancel my order and the lady agreed with no hesitation an dB I gave her my account number to refund me an amount of 1200 that I swiped... She then said she will send all my details to their head office for refund.. A week later I got an sms and email saying my glasses are ready for collection.... Now I ask myself what glasses?? Because I canceled the order.. I then called the shop to ask about my refund and all and the ladu who assisted me said no there was a mix up and she will sort it out... So today I get a call telling me that medical aid won't pay because I can only do eye care in September.... I mean the first thing that this lady checked was of medical aid will cover me, and she said everything is in order?? So how does this happen?? Urgently call me regarding my refund..
