I tested my eyes at the Loch Logan Waterfront branch on 30/04/2025. On 01/06/2025, my medical aid rejected the claim due to “AUTHORISATION REQUIRED” and “INVALID TARIFF CODE.” They also confirmed the branch failed to submit my test results. I contacted the branch multiple times via calls and emails, asking them to correct this, but received no updates. On 11/08/2025, the medical aid confirmed no claim was submitted. After sending a strongly worded email on 13/08/2025, the claim was finally logged, but I still have had zero response from the branch. Almost four months later, they remain unresponsive. I find it unacceptable, especially when they will expect me to pay my portion promptly.
