horrible service

I got spectacles in May 2018, TAGHEUER to support my eyes vision in Kolonnade mall, Pretoria. I complaint about the temples that are not hold to my face immediately. and i was told they will hold with time. I had to hold them from falling when am walking even in the office. And at some time it will even irritate and stop wearing them. Since May i have been complaining without the success until 8 August 2018 when they promised to resolve the matter and they suggested to have complete new set of spectacles which was compromise to me but to my surprise they wanted me to pay again for the new set. I am so disappointed and am now resorted to shoelace to tight the temples to hold to my face because those spectacles could not hold to my face.
